Hamsie bread

The anchovies are cleaned of the head and intestines, washed and drained on absorbent paper.

Beat the egg well with 3 tablespoons of cold water, add the spices for the fish and the granulated garlic, then the flour about 1 tablespoon and mix very well so as not to make lumps.

The drained anchovies are first given through the flour, then through the beaten egg and then they are fried in hot oil until they are browned on both sides. Serve with garlic sauce.
